Complaints Procedure

Any comments about the services provided a the surgery, should initially be directed in writing to the Practice Manager, marked private and confidential.  You may also complete a completes form, available from the reception.

You can also complete a Praise and Grumble form for any minor problems or view that you may wish to highlight to the practice.  Forms available within the surgery.

Concerns or comments may also be send via the Website or direct to the Practice email address please put for the attention on the practice manager in the title of your email

If we are unaware that a problem exists, we are unable to address any issues surrounding it.

The Practice takes all our patients views and concerns seriously.  All complaints and comments are discussed fully at a Partners meeting.
