Surgery Information
Do not attend the surgery unless told to do so by a clinician from the practice.
Appointments
All GP appointments are now telephone / video consultations The GP will bring you down for a face to face appointment if appropriate and at a safe and convenient time.
We are booking face to face appointments if you need to see a Practice Nurse or Phlebotomist and continue to offer baby clinic appointments on a Wednesday for baby vaccinations/ 8 week medicals.
You can book all appointments on line or over the telephone but we ask you do not attend surgery to do this.
Attending the Surgery

FACE COVERINGS
When attending the surgery you are required to wear a face covering (a mask or scarf) before entering the building. Please ensure you bring a face covering with you. This is for the protection of the staff, yourself and other patients. Should you have any concerns or difficulties adhering to this request please contact the practice before attending your appointment.
In line with the recommendation by the BMA the practice will not provide a letter of support to patients who are or feel they should be exempt from wearing a face covering. Please seek advice and guidance on this from the Government Website.
Please follow the 2m social distancing rules at all times when in the practice.
Where possible please attend your appointment alone and come as near to your appointment times as possible. We are limiting the number of patients into the waiting room and if you attend too early you will be asked to wait outside the building.
Leaving correspondence and samples at the surgery
The surgery now has a dedicated post box in the entrance porch. Please post all correspondence in this box, please do not take into the surgery, as we are trying to minimise the footfall into the practice. The box will be opened each morning and all issued dealt with in the appropriate manner. Thank you for your cooperation.
A black sample box will be available in the entrance porch from 7 am until 1.45 pm. Please do not put samples in the correspondence box. Sample bottles are also available from a box in the entrance porch.
Medication
All repeat prescription requests should now be requested over the telephone on 01709 533050, we appreciate that this line will be busy so ask that you bear with us and try at various times though out the day, it is open from 10 am until 4 pm. Could we also ask that you contact a pharmacy of your choice and ask them to nominate them to allow us to send your prescription electronically. We will not be giving out prescription at the practice anything that needs to be printed by the surgery will be sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
