Appointments
Appointment System
We operate a 10 minute appointment system for all GP consultations. If you require an appointment that will take longer than 10 minutes please ensure you request a double appointment.
- Should you not be able to keep an appointment please make every effort to cancel it so that it can be given to someone else.
- If you have a preference for a GP you must be aware that you may have to wait longer for an appointment.
The practice offers 2 early morning GP surgeries. These are held on Tuesday and Friday morning from 07:00 - 08:00. No other practice services are available outside of our core hours. If you wish to book an early morning appointment, please use our online service or speak to our reception team.
Nurse Triage
If you require a home visit or same day consultation (and there are no available same day appointments), it will be a nurse you speak to first under normal circumstances.
They have received specific training which enables them to make decisions about how to deal with your problem, so please tell them everything you think is important about the situation so that they can decide on the best course of action.
